Satay beef salad with boiled eggs

What you need?

1 packet of Lee Kum satay beef

1 block of sirloin tip beef

oyster sauce

eggs

green hand lettuce

salt and pepper

Procedure:

step 1: In a pot prepare your eggs to boil, approx. 15 mins

step 2: cook the beef in pan on low temperature

step 3: mix in the satay beef packet with the beef then season with oyster sauce, salt and pepper

step 4: Take a big bowl and place the green lettece at the bottom.  Pour in the cooked satay beef then take the

boil eggs cut it in half then surround the entire beef to the shape of the bowl

Satay beef with yellow noodles

What you need?

1 packet of pre-cooked yellow noodles

1 block of sirloin tip beef

1 packet of rice noodle powder

pinch of garlic powder

Chinese broccoli

salt and pepper to season

Procedure:

Step 1: boil yellow noodles in a pot

step 2: In a diffent pan cook the beef on low then season it with salt and pepper

step 3: throw Chinese broccolli into the pan with the beef to cook. (The greens are cooked once it is tender)

step 4: Mix in a packet of rice noodle powder

step 5: throw in a pinch of garlic powder and pour in a little drop of water then mix.

Ingredient:

1bs (approx. 12pcs of wings)
1 packet of spicy BBQ powder
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 ml of water
Pinch of salt

Procedure:

Prepare a big bowl and put all ingredient together and mix well.

Slice the wings so that the sauce sips in.

Put in the fridge for one hour to marinade.

Turn oven to 375c and place wings on rack for 30mins then turn over for another 20mins.

It is done when the meat is nice and juicy then finish off with a touch of lemon.

Wings are at it’s best when it is baked slowly for quality taste that satisfy the stomach.

Here’s a recipe for all you pork lovers. It’s called marinated pork with sauteed mushroom.

All you need are listed below:

Ingredient:
4pcs rib chop pork
1tbs soy sauce
Pinch salt
Pinch pepper
Pinch basil
Pinch powder garlic
1tbs oyster sauce
Vinegars
1Lb white mushroom

Procedure:

This is what you do firstly you start with marinating the pork in both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder,soy sauce and basil.

Separately marinate the mushroom with vinegar, oyster, pepper and basil.

Set the pork on the aide for about an hour and then when you begin cooking. Turn on oven to 370c to preheat and leave on that temperature to bake slowly. Place pork and mushroom in a non stick baking pan.

Water will be release from the mushroom and the poem is cooked when slightly white. If it’s too white and hard then you have over cooked it.

Timing takes about 50mins for food to finish cooking. For best taste eat with hot sauce.
